Healthy Heroes is a fun 5-9-week programme for schools where teachers, parents and children, with support from their local Rotary Club, build healthy habits to last a lifetime. The aim is to learn better ways to do the five things that make the biggest difference in people’s lives: eating, exercising, sleeping, thinking, helping others.

PRIDE IN WORKMANSHIP
Participating employers nominate their staff member, providing a short resume of what they do and why they are nominating them. It’s not a competition, so nominees are all automatically accepted by the club, and presented with certificates at a special award ceremony.
